Gen WA\

Not a birth year. A crossing. Gen WA\ is anyone who moves from user to citizen, from renting a life online to owning one.

Elders and the young stand on one bridge. Each carries what the other needs, so nothing piles up at the top.

One bridge, two lanes A bridge joins two banks over moving water. On the upper lane gold drops cross from the elders to the young, carrying wisdom, wealth and the long view. On the lower lane blue drops cross back, carrying vitality, vision and new tools. wisdom · wealth · the long view → ← vitality · vision · new tools Elders The young
Two lanes on one bridge. What each side carries is what the other side lacks.

The lens

A generation by crossing

Generations are usually named for when people were born. This one is named for what they do. The crossing has three stages, and the change takes time.

  1. Caterpillar

    Renting

You're a user, a consumer, a subscriber. Your life online is rented.

  2. Cocoon

    Gathering

Your logins, your content and one daily check-in. A cube set up around you. A circle on the map.

  3. Monarch

    Flying

A circle you planted. A life that runs on what you own. Some go on to guide others as Sherpas.

One bridge

Two directions

Wealth and wisdom tend to pile up at the top and stay there. Gen WA\ runs them across a bridge instead.

Elders → the young

The long view

Wisdom, wealth and the memory of what was tried before. You walk with someone who has climbed ahead.

The young → elders

The new tools

Vitality, vision and fluency with what just arrived. In time you are that help for someone else.

2030 is on every calendar: the climate deadlines, the development goals, the forecasts for machines smarter than we are. Fold 13.8 billion years into one year, as Sagan did, and each second holds 437 years. On that calendar 2030 is 7 milliseconds away. It doesn't have to arrive as a cliff. It doesn't have to wait. For anyone on the bridge, it can start today.

What each generation gets

The citizen
A person who has verified they are human and owns their own ground. Age is not the test. The crossing is.
The family record
Every generation leaves a record, and most of ours sits on platforms. Metamorphosis brings it home through each platform's official export, and your Book of Life keeps it in your name. Nothing is shared without your yes.
The circle
Families, ʻohana, schools, gyms, churches, run clubs. Circles are free to join. No fees, no dues. A desire to be healthy, wealthy and wise is the only requirement.
The currency
Where a like stood, there is LUX: “one human letting another human know that i am rooting for you.” A Drop is a post that ripples. A Seed is growth that compounds.
Phone and portal
WA\ lives on the phone. WA\WA\ is the portal on any computer, where the whole Book reads at full size and a site gets edited. One record, kept in sync, readable by a grandchild and a grandparent.
The ladder
The Tree of Life: Roots $9 a month or $108 a year. Self $333. Seed $1,111. Sapling $3,333. Sequoia from $5,555. Sapphire $99 a month. Star and Serene free, forever. You pay for the next rung only when the last one produced.
The promise
A person checks the work: GOOD AS GOLD. No ads, ever. You can leave at any time and take all of it with you.

One thing to do this week

Cross with someone

Pick one person a generation away from you, older or younger. Sit down together for an hour.

  1. Write down the six things for each of you: domain, code, data, list, logins, media.
  2. Mark each one owned or rented.
  3. Trade one thing you know for one thing they know.

The first steps of the whole network are the same move at scale: 108 citizens running circles by the end of 2026, and 108,000 by the end of 2027.

The first 108

Become a founding citizen

The first 108 citizens will be the Cosmopolitans, the founding citizens of the cosmOS. They cross free, with Self waived. Early access opens one circle at a time, from Maui.

Free to start. Pay as you grow. Earn as you learn.
